Staying a while?
Monthly and seasonal guests get a better rate, a assigned site, and first refusal on that site the following year.
Monthly — rent plus metered electric, billed on the 1st. We read your meter at the end of each month and the usage appears on your invoice; you pay only what you used.
Seasonal — October through March or April through September. Ask about storage between seasons.
Monthly and seasonal rates are not affected by busy weekends or holidays. Our nightly rates move with demand; yours do not.
